Picked up a Marin bike that went on sale. Price was right and the transaction was very quick but the staff wasn’t very friendly. Kind of a cold/condescending attitude. They never congratulated me on buying a bike or anything. It was just like walking in and getting the same service experience you’d expect at a McDonald’s. I’ll get my bike serviced elsewhere.
Absolutely blown away with the service! These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and always giving the best advice on gear! 100% will be purchasing all my bike/ski gear from these guys.

Revolution Cycle did a great job handling an unfortunate situation that occurred after I had my bike in for service. They remained accountable for the mistake that was made and the damage that was done. They willingly ordered a replacement part for me and installed it at their cost. I so appreciated Ian's professionalism, care and service.
