I just wanted to write a quick review for the guys at RC, I bought a Cube emtb late last year and I have had several issues with various items on the bike, every time I contacted the service department they have been helpful and managed to fit me in last minute as I live out of town, some of the replacement parts have even been upgraded from standard.. outstanding service from these guys... thanks

Scam alert. I bought a tire that was on sale because the sales person told me that there was only one left. The truth is that they repackaged a used tire and sold it as new but I only noticed when I bought a second tire from another shop yesterday. The tire on the right is the used tire from Revolution Cycle which clearly shows damaged packaging, missing instructions and inner tie, and wear and tear, compared to the new tire on the left. Chase W and Rob are amazing! My girlfriend and I had our bikes stolen earlier this year and they really took care of us. They had great knowledge of their products and made the process of getting some new whips easy. My girlfriend and I are now training for a couple over night trips and I couldn’t be happier. This is the only shop I’ll be visiting. Thanks boy!
took a new-used bike in for service, wanted a peace of mind look over to know what needed to be done. they did a couple things and after a $200+ bill, there was still issues. later taken to mud sweat and gears, we found out the brake cable was routed wrong and crossed making it difficult to press the lever. more work was called on the bike that was missed from these guys. quick turn around but clearly missed a lot of stuff
