Used them once for bike service and never again. Avoid this place like the plague. Literally go anywhere else. Outright lied to me about the work they were going to do and lied that they had the parts. Instead they replaced way more parts than I asked for or needed. After modifying the new parts without my consent, they refused to take them back and stuck me with the bill. Got home and discovered they broke my shifter too.
Tried them out as they were close. Guys, they must be hurting. Their service department is full of greasy used-car salesmen types that are out to swindle. Just upsell, after upsell, and “your bike is more expensive to fix than a new one you might as well just go check the showroom floor” and really I just took my bike in for a tune up, and new brake cables and housing and it was working amazingly pre-tune up. Came here to have my bike assessed for damages, insurance quote and repairs back on December 11th. After a small exchange of texts over a couple days they asked for an email to send the work order and quote to, which I provided. And that was my last communication with them until January 17th.
