Rude and disrespectful employees speaks nasty to you . I called to resolve an issue when the employee was completely rude and nasty she definitely shouldn’t work for the public at all the manager didn’t care she was very sarcastic stating SURE the whole time .
One of the most stressful companies I’ve ever dealt with. They repeatedly called my family out of state and pressured me to pay immediately, even after I offered a settlement for half the debt. Their response was always “denied, denied,” with threats and aggressive language. The experience felt relentless and extremely stressful. I would definitely not recommend working with them—beware and proceed with caution.
Company refused to provide me proof of the debt. I hung up!! Kept saying it was sent months ago to my email.
