I got an appointment with their new massage therapist Tyson and because I didn’t know him, I booked 40 minutes because it’s usually the amount of pain I can endure from a massage. He was so good, I extended it to 1.5 hours because he massaged without causing me pain. And he didn’t talk! I love that. I wish I had found him sooner. I’ll be coming for regular appointments with Tyson.
I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this business. I was overcharged and provided a masseuse who was not registered and not claimable by health insurance. The pricing did not align with what was advertised on their website (which has since been updated). When I contacted the business to seek clarification about the pricing and services provided, I received multiple (three) separate responses to my singular email, from the business owner Ally, who I found inflammatory, defensive and condescending.
