I've been seeing Julie for physiotherapy since 2018. When I went to her, my body was in so much long term pain that I could barely move properly. She started treating me regularly and encouraged me to try pilates. I strengthened my core and relieved most of my body pain. I became a pilates devotee and then started strength training in the gym with one of her exercise physiologists as well as doing yoga. Tammy is amazing, very experienced. if you have injuries that will not get better, omg try shock wave therapy/ laser.. I have battled pain and limited sleep after major surgery on my shoulder was caused by a accident, but was mis diagnosed so the repair/surgery was over 18 months later..so lots of scar tissue and reattaching tendon to another part of my shoulder.. I have had 4 treatments with shock wave and amazing results..Was told I would have a impairment and the stiffness caused so much pain..My surgeon was so impressed ... read more
Kelcie is an wonderful physio at Revive that provided me with excellent care and guidance while I had a knee injury. Her strengthening program was great and simple to follow, and had me back to baseline quickly.
