I'm very happy with my experience here. The place is clean and soothing. My therapist, Ashlie, is amazing. My favourite massage is the hot stone; highly recommended!

Ashlie takes the time to understand exactly where your knots and stiff muscles are affwcting you, before she treats you with a quick chat before treatment. She also will demonstrate and instruct you how to release many issues with stretches, that I was NOT shown during 3 months of rehab in Calgary after my accident. I've actually fallen asleep during treatment, which I hope is a huge compliment to her. I instantly feel the muscle tension and stressed points being addessed and the relief. She's a Legend!
