All around this was a pleasant and relaxing experience. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful. The facility is clean and nicely decorated. The pods were different than what I was expecting, but I was presently surprised. I left feeling relaxed and with less muscle soreness.
My Masseuse seemed to have fallen asleep during my massage. His breathing would change and he would lock in his grip on my neck causing pain while it seemed he was sleeping. Worked on one area for way too long during that time cause my neck to feel bruised the next day. Reached out to business to complain with no follow up.
