My Masseuse seemed to have fallen asleep during my massage. His breathing would change and he would lock in his grip on my neck causing pain while it seemed he was sleeping. Worked on one area for way too long during that time cause my neck to feel bruised the next day. Reached out to business to complain with no follow up.
From desk staff is inconsistent and unresponsive. We used to love going here, but it's difficult to make the appointments when no one calls you back.
My husband and I came here for our anniversary for a couples' massage. Fantastic work and customer service. Highly recommend!
