Purchased a Groupon for a hydro microdermabrasion facial back in early Dec. tried several times to schedule, she messaged before new years that she was sick and I said that's fine I'll reach out in a couple weeks, well I did and heard no response, let another few days pass tried again, another week past so today I said I'm requesting a refund and she thumbs up it......Groupon only refunds you in groupon credits, so that stinks. Definitely do not recommend going here, super unprofessional.
