I saw Jess 4 years ago for a frozen cocyx, my doctor thought unfixable...Jess fixed. I now gave a torn shoulder muscle * doctor was lengthy tine to heal, nay need surgery) Jess assures me, fixable, healable, two gentle exercises to start recovery.
