Lauren is a fantastic RMT. I’ve been a regular client of hers for about 5 years now after trying many others RMTs in the past. I’ve been treated for several injuries, post surgery, and just overall wellness. She’s attentive, customer-oriented, pleasant and has great technique. She also knows how to read and respond to your wants and needs for areas of focus, pressure, and how chatty or not I’m feeling on a given day! Also thorough and sends follow-up exercises if you want them. A++
Most thorough and knowledgeable RMT that I've ever had. Very intuitive to your needs and has many techniques to get to the root cause of your problem. So much relief after a little manipulation of muscle and tendons. Wish less people knew about her so I could get more sessions. Lol
