My husband and I did the Couples Day Pass which includes the sauna, cold plunge, zero gravity massage chair, brain tap, and Salt Room. Was the best day date we've every had! Can't wait to go back!!!!!!!!

I Have nothing negative to say about this place. Right when I walked in I was greeted with friendly staff. Given a full tour of everything they have to offer. As an athlete recovery is one of the most important parts of fitness. This is a one stop shop. Everything from red-light, massage, sauna, cold plunge and more. The memberships are not crazy amd there is something for everyone. I definitely recommen and will be back!
I wanted to write this review while I’m still feeling the high of my first contrast therapy session! The staff are professional and kind throughout the experience. The facility is clean and modern. I feel calm and recharged after my sauna/cold plunge experience. Loved it and look forward to my next session.
