The review is for the owner who is choosing to keep 180$ of the gift card that was given to me. Fresha states that it's up to the company to allow me to use my funds after expiration of the gift card - money doesn't expire, she's just keeping it.

A package deal was bought here for a series of facials, after explaining that I wouldn't have time to use it. The manager then told me it was good for a year so no worries. So it was bought. After going in today and the employee remembering the conversation it was states that they weren't sure why the manager said that because it was only good for 6 months and that it was expired. My second visit to ReVive at the Ridge on January 8th did not disappoint. The facility is quaint and welcoming with a calming atmosphere. I had a deep tissue massage and facial, in which Hillary and Terri provided great customer service. I highly recommend this location.
