I can’t recommend this place enough! Dr. Peter helped me prepare for Grandma's & Twin Cities Marathon and supported me every step of the way. He tailored my treatment towards my goals and pushed me just the right amount while incorporating injury prevention. With his help, I was able to reach my goals and finish both races feeling strong! I've been working with Dr. Pete to address running pain, and he has made a huge difference. I didn't start running until I was 50, and I thought I had to stop almost right away. Working with Dr. Pete, I've learned a lot and am now running pain free. Definitely recommended.
Dr. Trina is amazing. Her knowledge of the body and creative approach to developing exercises for her patients is impressive. She’s helped me with hip and Achilles issues and both times has gotten me ready for my race. I would highly recommend her to anyone but especially if you’re an athlete with an upcoming race!
I came here after experiencing knee and back pain from CrossFit and training for a marathon. Dr. Maggie has been absolutely outstanding in helping me recover from those injuries and crushing my marathon pain free! She listens to your concerns and tailors the sessions to your individual needs. Highly recommend.
