1st time client in Micro-channeling with Alexi. This place is very inviting and also relaxing. Alexi explained the process before, during, and after Microchanneling. The bed and blanket was so warm and comforting as this procedure can be a bit uncomfortable with out topical anesthesia but wasn’t bad at all considering I almost fell asleep! It has only been 2 days and I can already see and feel a difference! Can not wait to go back in 4 weeks to continue my treatments. Nice location in downtown Lowell. I would recommend 100%!
Beautiful Clinic with a wonderful clinician, Kristen and her team. I’m so excited to have such an amazing aesthetic clinic so close to home.
Kristen does a wonderful job. Extremely friendly and professional as well as a very clean and sanitary office. Five star all the way more like ten stars but we'll go with five.

Prior to any treatments, she takes the time to explain everything in detail, answers all of your questions and is able to help you decide on what works best for you. Her attention to detail and ability to cater to individual client needs shows that she cares about her patients and their personal outcome. She also takes the time to follow up on progress, and ensures future treatments are scheduled as needed. Looking forward to my next appointment with Kristen!
