I have been highly disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up from the owner. I had a billing / membership issue that required his direct attention. I reached out 4 times over 3 months asking for follow up and a resolution. I feel I gave a very respectable amount of time for an expected follow up and I was only looking for the services I paid for during my membership time to be honored as I was told they would be (when canceling in December).
