I suffered with low back pain and tingling down my legs. It was determined that my paraformis muscles were very tight. Through physical therapy and several exercises that focused on my core, I am now pain free and back at the gym!!!! Thank you to Parth who patiently worked on me to help me be pain free. The staff is so friendly and always go out of their way. I highly recommend Revitalize!!!!
Doctor Ed and the rest of the staff that revitalized Physical therapy, it's one of the best. Therapies, I've gone to, and I've tried others like jag, which aint worth going to i'm suffering from a racheoplex, shoulder injury, no pain, no gain and I'm gaining my hand is now moving. It doesn’t get any better than this place! Physical therapists are superb, professional and very knowledgeable. Ed completely read the MRI information and explained it to me in understandable terms. We’ve been working together for about a month and I’ve seen and feel great improvement that I thought would never be possible after so many months of pain and limited mobility.
Revitalize is a great place to have physical therapy. The therapist are very knowledgeable and take their time with each client. The facility is clean and welcoming.

Everyone there is professional and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and work with you to ensure you receive the appropriate and most effective treatment.
