They helped me with knee and shoulder pain I was having. Parth explained some of the underlying issues, worked on muscle imbalances and also demonstrated proper workout techniques so I can start to lift weights again. Highly recommend and their massage therapy is excellent as well!
If you’re trying to get back into the gym after an injury or just want to feel like yourself again, go see Parth. After dealing with a back injury and seeing a few PTs, I was still in pain and honestly afraid of reinjury. With Parth’s guidance, I was able to get back into the gym pain-free.
