This experience was very beneficial to me. I didn't know I needed this until I took a leap of faith after traditional therapy wasn't helping. I'm so glad that I did. April was very professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable through out our sessions. She met me where I was in my issues, and help me realize who I am.
