Sam is an incredibly talented Therapist who not only helps heal the body but helps heal the soul. I’ve been seeing Sam for a little under a year for bursitis in my shoulders. She has been invaluable to me, helping to reduce my constant pain. She has a calming welcoming energy, this is especially helpful for those like myself with trauma and neurodivergence.

My quality of life has improved immensely thanks to Sam. I have chronic pain and lipo-lymphedema, and Sam is the first professional to make improvements to my fascia build-up and lipoedema each time I see her. She is so well-read on all my issues and the different massage techniques to use, and whatever (if any) conditions Sam doesn't already know about she does a research deep-dive to know it for you. Sam is by far the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She manages to realign my body in a way I never thought possible, removing pain from poor posture and working in an office for years. Sam is also wonderful at pregnancy massage, leaving me feeling supported, relaxed and realigned after each session.
