Renee at Revitalise Myotherapy has helped me greatly with pain and muscle tension issues, so much that I was able to quit strong and addictive painkillers (codeine) and muscle relaxants (baclofen). Renee listens and communicates well and explains the anatomy involved clearly. She has used various massage techniques with me including myofascial release, and dry needling has also been effective.
