Had a facial for $175.00 in the fall. Before leaving, I booked another facial for December and said at the time of booking, "I want the same $175.00 facial that I just had. The woman at the desk agreed and placed my name in her computer for my next appt. Upon finishing my facial in December, when I went to pay (the hour facial ended after 45 minutes) they charged me $300.00 - three hundred dollars for a $175.00 facial.
