Under construction and the lack of ambiance were affected by this. I did have an issue I wanted to bring to the managers attention. Unfortunately, the manager never responded to my request to call me, bringing my rating down to a 3 ☆☆☆.
We have tried contacting this company several times. I’ve sent probably over 100 emails and called several times I get no response from customer service and no response from any emails. We are getting repeatedly charged and have no way of canceling or services. I am very very disappointed with this company and their incredibly bad customer service.
