I was served by Deborah today at the Myer review store. She was so personable, friendly and helpful. She gave her professional thoughts on a coat I was trying on. I tried on a few that day and she helped me decide. She also told me that I need to take the stitches off on the coat to reveal the pockets and open it up more on the bottom, which I never would have known! Great service!
I had a very disappointing experience at the Myer Review store today. I bought a dress and asked the store staff to steam clean it. The lady I spoke to (an Asian woman) assured me she would clean it and told me to come back after I was done shopping. When I returned, she just handed me the dress—without any protective cover—and made me wait unnecessarily. On top of that, there was an ongoing promotion at Myer (spend $100, get $10 back), but she didn’t even apply the offer. Her rude attitude made the experience even worse.
They think, if you are poor, you don' t deserve in this shopping center. It only welcomes rich ones. This center does not show full information about the buses. The timetable boards show no bay details where each bus stops at. I want to take 625, no bay details, so I have to ask a lollipop man. This man pretends to be a know-everything person, so he make up the bus information which was fully nonsense. Consequently, I missed the last bus 625 that night and I missed the train as well! Today I went into Myer Chadstone to the store Review. I just want to say that Helena was very helpful, she gave us tips and tricks and was extremely supportive and exceptional to help my wife feel comfortable in picking out a dress. I just want to let her know that my wife felt extremely happy with her service.
The issue is I lost my stuff, one of the old female staffs at the information counter beside Boost had very ‘good’ attitude, however, u can tell that she not really wanted to help you cuz she always smiled, said that she had no idea how to help and eventually did nothing. V sad. Compares to her, another younger female staff truly did help and finally my stuff got back. That’s the correct attitude to help.
