I was not advice by the young Trainee person at the register in Perth that my purchase couldn’t be return or exchange because it was a sale item. The receipt does not specify that . So I am stuck with a garment which it doesn’t fit me. I was told by a customer service person to “donate it to the salvos” not appropriate at all and rude. Lost a customer

Good luck trying to get any customer service off head office, if they would even answer the phone that would be great. Tried for days with no luck
l am absolutely appalled at you lack of customer service. If l could give you zero stars l would. l still have not received my voucher and it is now l week. l have emailed you 2 times and so has your Southland store on my behalf this week. NO RESPONSE from you at all. It is a disgrace. No-one answers when l have rung many times over 3 days. You have an automated message. You have lost a very loyal customer.
