I am Review customer from last almost 7-8 years. Had Very bad experience with Review clothing brand at Fountain gate shopping centre today. My niece bought gift card from me on my Birthday(knowingly how much I like Review Brand). I went today to use that gift card, Firstly Lady said- This is not review gift card. I purchased a dress a few weeks out from my wifes birthday as a gift. By the time it was her birthday and she tried the dress on it was the wrong size. Went to exchange it for the size up (Tags not removed and with a receipt) which was in store and on the shelf but she was told they dont do exchanges after the 4 weeks. So be careful and dont purchase dresses early for gifts.
Great place to shop.Was great dealing with Tammy . She was very helpful and made our shopping experience very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place and go back for my next purchase too.
The casual staff member that was working today deserves a raise! The lady had excellent customer service and was getting abused by an ungrateful horrible excuse for a woman regarding a jacket that she wanted to return without proof of purchase... She handled the situation very professionally and kindly, despite being abused terribly by the customer... I'm sorry that she had to experience such a horrible person... Bless her kind soul....
