I visited this store on Sunday and I had such a wonderful experience! The staff were so lovely, warm and welcoming. They really brightened my day with their experience and kindness- I believe one of their names was Andrea. The range of clothing was great, with many sizes available. I left the store really happy. Highly recommend!
Today I walked in a store, spent at least 15 minutes, tried few clothes but unfortunately found no customer service and even no hello

Dissappointed... The hours published on the Birkenhead Point Outlet website states this store closes at 7:30 A surly woman who does not speak simply locked the doors before our eyes even before 6:30....amazingly poor service... We came after receiving an email about competition for trip to LA... Well the marketing department is working well...shame about the rest of the business....
