I attempted to return some sale items l had bought online and the service l received was so bad that l had to complain to their head office. It is written in their returns policy that you can return items bought online in their boutiques. After trying for more than 20 minutes the store manager still could not manage to process the refund and l had to inconveniently return the next day. Special thanks to Kerry whose customer service was amazing on my recent visit to the Southland store. She was welcoming and very helpful in assisting me to find outfit I required. I returned to the store a few days later to try on outfits to get a second opinion from my husband. Whilst on this occasion I didn’t find what I required, Donna was also amazing with assistance and guidance. I will definitely be returning frequently to view their collections where I am sure I will be able to find and purchase what I required.
