Unprofessional staff at the Essendon DFO store. Staff member named Rose was loudly complaining about other staff members to her colleague while she was serving someone, constantly shouted across the store and complained about the state of the dressing room while people were using it. Won't go back.

When you are the only customer in a shop filled with gorgeous, expensive clothes, and the two assistants cannot even be courteous enough to smile and say hello let alone offer any service, it is the fastest way to lose business permanently.
Worst customer service experience in Melbourne. 30 + mins in store, 3 arms full of clothing and not one offer to check sizes or how I was going. Not ONE other customer in store, but the chat the assistants were having must have been vital to the business. Shame, as I visit and shop at Review everytime I visit Melbourne- not this time 🤬😩
