Treated like a naughty child when making a straightforward return on items that didn't fit. Some of the worst customer service I've had in Australia, let alone in a high end store.
Dark long haired manager was horrible to deal with today, constantly telling me that I can't return my items as they were 'outlet' however when I bought them they were not outlet and it stated that on the email. I attempted to show the manager the email who advised "I don't have time for that" and walked away, telling the employee (who was lovely!) to do a "one off EFT refund". The ladies at this branch are always friendly and go above and beyond to help you find what you’re looking for. They will also pop into Myer to get the right size etc. ♥️
