The staff are extremely rude when you needed to return online purchase. They printed the receipt with discount applied to refund my online purchase without discount. When I showed her my receipt on my phone, she just said "I returned your money. What else do you want". Surprisely, she called a security guy. I explained everything to the security guy. She finally returned me the extra. Then she said to me "Leave my store". Unbelievable!
Love the staff here! They’re so nice and helpful and honest about how things look - I left very happy with several lovely new items :)
Amazing customer service. I had been shopping for several hours in many clothing stores all over Woden and Jocelyn was by far the most helpful and friendly person I came across. She is a real asset to this business. Thank you for your genuine effort, it is appreciated and I will be back.
