Lady working today 3 October 10:35 she was very rude with my 10 year old daughter. This old karen don’t know how to deal with customers my daughter literally cry. She harassed my daughter. I used to come every time staff was good but this old Karen was out of her mind.
I visited the store on Monday and got fantastic service. The nice tall lady who served me, called another store and ordered me what I wished for and today it delivered in a nice package. Happy with my purchase :))
Frequent DFO shopper and like all outlets, it's usually pot luck with selections. Having said that, I had a great today and found many great selections to try. Ended up with 4 beautiful outfits and was served by Yodit who was such a patient, helpful, smiley person and a joy to deal with. Review clothing has good workmanship and happy to know sizing has changed for some lines as they were usually very tiny - my outfits were a mixture of 8 and 10.
The store is generally nice and has a wide range of products. Service is great here. A shout out to Sarah for the excellent service she provides with a big huge smile all the time, she always makes it a pleasure to go shop in this store
Had a fantastic experience shopping here - Steph was so so helpful, genuine and really personable! It felt like shopping with a friend. Gorgeous quality clothing too, some really stunning patterns and styles that I’m excited to wear. Thank you Steph ☺️
