Jess was wonderful with my daughter, she made what is normally a traumatic experience fun, my daughter came out of the shop with two fabulous frocks and a much better body image ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart !
Walked into the store at 4:45 to pick up and pay for a pair of shoes I'd put on hold a few days prior. I wanted to try them on one last time before I purchased them because the person buying them for me wanted to see how they looked, and the girl working there really didn't want me to try them on, she said she wanted to leave by 5pm and that I was putting her behind. The only reason I even put the shoes on hold the first visit was because they were a gift for me and the person buying them wanted to be a part of the purchase.... read more
Opening hours on the internet is so misleading! It suggested this store is closing at 9:00pm on Friday night. Only when I called in, I was told that this site actually close at 6:00pm. It was even more upsetting when I was rushing to the store around 5:46pm to pick up something I ordered on line, I was told by the sales lady that she actually shuttered her usually computer down by 5:45pm so that she could get out the door by 6:00pm Sharp.
I was served by the sale girl Jess and she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to exchange the coat that I purchased online and called different stores to locate the item and post it. Needless to say I am very impressed by your kind help xx
