Blonde staff member to busy on her phone walking around DFO tried to bulldoze over our 2 year old. With no acknowledgement at all, can see what the store has a low rating.
Posting because I am quite surprised by the feedback here. Last weekend, I bought a black and white stripey dress for my wife and she loves it. I must applaud the customer service from the 2 lovely ladies working. They leave you to browse around and check in with you, if you've been there for a while and happy to provide any guidance.
Rude and Unprofessional customers service
Very disappointing experience this afternoon 28/12/2025. My children accidentally went near the disabled trial room. They were not playing there—my younger child(2.5 years) walked in by mistake, and the older one only went to bring him back. The staff member came and spoke very rudely to both kids and told them to “get out” in an unacceptable manner. My older child even said sorry, but she did not listen. Visited DFO Review store this afternoon. Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by the staff member whilst we were in the store, even though we were the only ones in there. Even tried on clothes, but still no assistance. Very weird. Staff need more customer service training.
