I visited this store today and was served by Tania. I am a difficult customer as I don’t enjoy shopping and even more so, for dresses - she made the whole process effortless. I even left with someone I’d never have picked without her and I LOVE IT! She went above and beyond and even suggested how I could do my hair with this dress, along with the colour of shoes! Thank you so much Tania!
There is only one cashier and you might need to wait in a line for 20minutes to be served.
The shop is good, and the customer service from Nicole on Saturday was exceptional
I walked into the Essendon store, a lady approached me about the whole store promotion and helped me with sizes. I felt so welcoming and purchased a knit just because her excellent customer service. She asked me if I wanted to join the loyalty program, I told her that the company is very lucky to have her because she promote the company whenever there is a chance! I finally got her lovely name Nicole, thank you so much for making my day today! 🌹 was very lovely too 😊
