The shop is good, and the customer service from Nicole on Saturday was exceptional
I walked into the Essendon store, a lady approached me about the whole store promotion and helped me with sizes. I felt so welcoming and purchased a knit just because her excellent customer service. She asked me if I wanted to join the loyalty program, I told her that the company is very lucky to have her because she promote the company whenever there is a chance! I finally got her lovely name Nicole, thank you so much for making my day today! 🌹 was very lovely too 😊
Today I visited Review for Mother’s Day shopping and I am blown away with the service I got from Amelia and Rose. Rose went through so many boxes to find me my dress and she was so patient. Amelia was wearing the same dress I bought. I loved my shopping experience and I am truly grateful for the way they made me feel.
