Best customer service I've had at a retail store on a long time! Flora went above and beyond to help us coordinate outfits for our singing group, sourcing sizes and different styles and even personally picking up a dress from another store and bringing it to Broadway. I have since been back 2 times to purchase other items and a great experience every time. Huge thanks to Flora.
I always like shopping at Review, Broadway. The customer service is genuine with the right level of engagement. I never feel like the retail workers lie to me just to make a sale, and I don't feel pressured to buy (but I usually do purchase something 🤗)
No service received from this store! We plan to shop but we dont feel welcome so better buy elsewhere👍.
Exceptional customer service by Carla. I was the last customer before closing time. She was extremely helpful and patient and helped me choose the Avignon dress.
