Super friendly staff, great equipment and super clean, calm facilities. Highly recommend coming and relaxing here. Best value for money on the Gold Coast!

Such a great recovery centre! Felt so relaxed and welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door. We were lucky enough to meet the owner himself and share our feedback. High quality, effective infrared saunas, and super relaxing float tanks - we had an amazing time, and will be back!
I was a little sceptical of the lymph draining message doing anything. I was wrong it work and was reminder be kinder to my body. Float was amazing. Clean and professional. Thanks Luke and team :)
