Friendly staff clean facilities they literally offer everything. Gum cold plunge massage physio acupuncture sauna everything you need to be well. I love that the cold plunge and sauna are private. Only thing I would complain about is the parking because of the restaurant next door depending on the time of day is really hard to get parking.
Great place, nice staff, easy to park. Highly recommend it.
