I definitely recommend using Jim Black if you're looking to purchase or refinance a home. The best thing about using Jim is knowing he has solutions for everything! He comes into every deal with multiple options in case things don't go as planned. I've seen many deals he has saved that others would not. Do yourself a favor and call Jim and you won't be disappointed!

I have been receiving a string of unsolicited texts from Miguel (last name redacted but available to the owners of this company upon request), representing himself as being with this company. If he is lying about representing your company, let me know and I will modify this review. But if he is, this is simply not a good way to conduct business.

Worst experience ever with more then 10 loan closings since first real estate purchase. INVESTORS BEWARE, Jim will claim he can handle investment purchases then at last minute will claim that your asking for the near impossible, increase fees etc... Would NEVER use Jim again. His "team" is not able to step in if he is not available, one man show.
