Jason was a real professional with our reverse mortgage. He walked us through the entire process, answering our many questions, returning our numerous phone calls, and elaborating on all the documents we needed. He is thorough, engaging and always will make sure that you understand every aspect of the loan. He is helpful and puts you at ease by explaining in plain language the entire process. In other words, he's wonderful.
Jason didn’t an excellent job throughout the reverse mortgage process; he walked us through all of the advantages and disadvantages to consider before we moved forward with the reverse mortgage and really delivered for us, would definitely recommend Jason to anyone considering a reverse mortgage.
Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely helpful and he always got back to us in a timely manner (actually it was quick). I liked that he gave us options and wanted to do what was in our best interest. I highly recommend his services and expertise!
