I recently had the good fortune to find Mich Sneddon in my search for help with the details of a reverse mortgage, to say he was helpful is a complete understatement. Mich provided all the pertinent factors and provided clear, concise and very professional assistance - also answered many questions not totally associated with the mortgage but of great value to me personally. If you are looking for or in need of some very valuable assistance you will unlikely find anyone with better knowledge, understanding or personal help.

Thank-you very much for your informative guide. I hope you aren’t disappointed but we are already in the CHIP mortgage program. I wanted to share your article with my parents who are very confused and skeptical about what a CHIP mortgage is and I think they are likely confusing it with the American version. Your guide should help!

We were a bit discouraged at first as things didn't seem to be going as we had thought. Then Mich Sneddon gave us an option and everything worked out well for us. We are so thankful for his input. He even took the time to check in to see how things were going. Definitely someone who cares and does his best to help .
