Mutual of Omaha are scammers. I would recommend everyone avoid them and get your insurance from somewhere else. I took out a policy with them, tried to log onto their mobile app, and it didn’t even recognize me. So I called them and canceled my policy when they assured me, the policy was still pending approval. Then they tried to bill me after it had been canceled. So I had my bank reject it. Horrible experience with these people. I had surgery and they stated I would be covered for STD and now 3 weeks into my surgery they won’t pay me anything. I do not recommend this company at all. DO NOT USE
It’s been a few years since we worked with David to set up our reverse mortgage. We loved working with him. He inspired confidence and explained everything to us plainly and clearly. It is important that right up to today David is still our reverse mortgage resource whenever we have questions.
Dave is a great communicator. He listens and takes the time to understand a situation. He is responsive and happy to help. I would recommend Dave for a reverse mortgage.
If there were more stars to check we would. We have worked with Dave on our initial Reverse mortgage and then again recently on refinancing it. Besides being a very personable guy he was very informative and provided answers for every question along the way.
