Excellent experience on every visit! My tattoo removal appointments have been handled by May who is very knowledgeable and friendly. The initial consultation was good to discuss goals and set expectations. The environment is very clean and relaxing with a comfortable waiting area to the left of reception. I have been getting a 12 year old black ink tattoo removed. The laser does hurt (most on the first appointment for me then less for later ones) but they provide ways to reduce pain. Fantastic experience! Alex was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything before the session began. During the session, when he switched to different tools, he told me what to expect and how long it would take. Can’t say enough how pleasant(if not uncomfortable under session at times lol) the experience at Reversal was. 5 stars..gonna refer Reversal to everyone I know if they need something Reversal offers
This place is amazing ! The owner is amazing ! I recommend going here before you get that new tattoo. It's less painful then a neck tattoo. And super fast . An amazing experience with an amazing place . I'm booked in and might get all my tattoos off if it's this easy .
