I thought I lost my remote so I ordered a new one. Shortly after I got it I found the original remote I thought was lost. When I tried to return the replacement I clearly didnt need I was told they had a "no return" policy. Unreal. Now I'm out $110. I sent an email weeks ago and no one responded so I decided to call and that was the response I got.
Bought a Reverie bed about 3 years ago only to just have the remote go bad. I just called the company and they want 120.00 for a junk Chinese remote. No thank you. Never again a Reverie product for me! UPDATE Reverie claims it is a 2018, we moved in our new house in 2020 and I'm pretty certain we purchased it while in this house? That said,,,,, regardless when I purchased it, something as cheap as that flimsy junk remote should not cost 120.00 to replace. I was told today by Reverie it only has a 90 day warranty? Ordered a headboard kit for my older bed base, and it shipped very quickly. Turned out to be the wrong one, and Reverie caught the mistake before I did and shipped me the correct one immediately. Excellent customer service!
