Horrible support, they refused to replace their own item that was still under warranty. Claimed that I needed to go back to the original seller who will then contact them. This is simply not acceptable as they are representing themselves as being "the manufacturer". I had pictures, receipts and dates that I sent via email which appears to be out of service.
