I am genuinely happy with the care I receive here. The staff consistently show professionalism, attentiveness, and a real concern for my well‑being. The therapists are awesome, very knowledgeable, and always helpful. Every visit feels reassuring, and I appreciate the clear communication and thoughtful follow‑up. They have helped me with many aspects of my recovery, from ankle issues to neck treatment, and it has been a great experience.

They do ok with the medical part but the whole building is really run down. I really hate touching anything because it is so dirty.

We were overcharged co-pays and after 9+ months "the Billing Dept." Still has yet to get me my refund they fully acknowledged they owe me. They tell me we've sent a check but yet i never receive one. The supervisor says they can't do anything more, just keep sending a check and then cancel it when i don't receive it and then try again. If roles were reversed I doubt they'd be as patient waiting to get paid.
