All I can say is go anywhere but here if you care for your loved ones. Management doesn’t care, especially the DOC, Physio doesn't care. There are a few nurses and PSW that care, but unfortunately there are way more that don’t care, and don’t treat these vulnerable people with any respect, dignity You want your loved ones to have utensils to eat? My mom was there for 5 years, and the reason for a one-star is some off there management team simply don't care. You have some nurses and PSW that really care. I went frequently to see my mom. there were days no utensils . Or simply no food was given to some of the residence, and I would get up and get their meals. When I reported these issues to the DC you get, I'll check into get and never get an answer back. She fell out of her wheel chair with a PSW police called in Neglect. A wonderful place with staff that treat their patients with dignity and respect. My mom was well cared for and I am thankful her final days were with such kind people.
