I was there today, and the receptionist was very rude and brusque. It used to be great. A few years ago, my in-laws spent their last years there, and the service was great. Very disappointed ☹️
Some weeks ago Whitecliff Retirement Residence sponsored our wrap-up dinner for our 2025 organizing team. It was great! The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere. You can genuinely feel the care they have for both residents and guests. Our community organization, Christmas on the Peninsula, was treated to a dinner meeting.. Beautiful white tablecloths and napkins, lovely centrepieces, salad, a menu of 3 dinner choices, wine, choice of several delicious desserts all graciously presented and served. Most elegant (and tasty). As we left we saw pockets of people doing puzzles, cards and just visiting. Impressive.
