Left my grandma in her own urine and fecal matter for 4 days. Reported to manager and government for mistreatment because this is INSANE! They blame it on understaffing, but treat their employees like garbage. Every employee I’ve ever met has told me they’re underpaid, not give proper breaks, and treated like garbage by managers. This is unacceptable for the elderly they have in their care!
