I have been to a lot of LTC facilities across Ontario for work. While visiting this facility for a project, I witnessed a member of staff agitate and then all but punch an elderly male resident who was trying to get an answer about one of his paper statements. The rest of the staff just standing there idly and lazily. Terrifying.

I did my clinical placement here at Extendicare Sherwood Court, and it was an amazing experience for me. From having the best preceptor, to the wonderful staff at the facility, and the beautiful residents. It was an enjoyable experience for me and I can confidently say I am an efficient PSW cause of this amazing facility.

Today I received best nursing week gift ever. I had an amazing massage at my workplace, a wonderful gift from "our management team". The massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. A special thanks for our physiotherapist "Paras" who came to us and manage our slots for massage. I wish all home and healthcare team blessed like our management team. They made our Nurses WEEK so beautiful, meaningful with everyday new surprises. THANK YOU, MANAGEMENT
