Dad has been here for about 8 months and the staff do a great job to keep everyone happy and comfortable. Any hiccups are quickly addressed.

The sales person that we worked with, Jody, is really good at her job. Promises a lot of things to get you to sign the lease but then reality sets in and you find out after a few months your loved one is not allowed to do all these things. There is high turnover with the tenant companions. They receive basic health care training and do not have any specialized training for dementia/Alzheimer. I have to say, I am so happy that I chose the Rosewood for my mother Shirley. It has been a very difficult year. Many moves from hospital’s after falls and finally needed to place mom into a memory care facility. It has been a very trying year but the staff at the Rosewood made us feel that we mattered and belonged here. The team at the Rosewood and Waverley are exceptional. They are companionate, caring and very good at their jobs. My Mom recently went into the Rosewood and has had some challenges adjusting. Not only for her, but our family as well. The team has been amazing at supporting our family as well as my Mom on a regular basis.
