Beautiful place, great staff and care. Wednesday night pub night is great fun for residents and family. Staff and the residence are absolutely wonderful people. I highly recommend this place for your loved one. My mom was safe here and I believe she enjoyed living here. She’s been moved to a different residence closer to her family. I just wish Riverbend retirement was close to where we are.
My mother was placed there as a temp situation, the staff were so friendly and helpful and any concerns were addressed immediately. They made my mom feel like she had been living there for months with in her first week. The nursing staff and administrators are so helpful, I was buying her meds and undergarments all the time and delivering the staff helped make it so everything got delivered to her and saved me so much time and money. Now it’s nice to just go visit with my mom and not stress about restocking her room.
My father moved in last month. He is adjusting well with the help of the excellent staff. Food is of high quality and with good variety. Everyone seems to be trying hard to make the residents life enjoyable. We greatly appreciate this!
My father has been a resident of Riverbend for 9 years. The staff have been very attentive and try their utmost to attend to his needs in a timely manner. My father is recognized as an individual and they try to engage him in the activities that interest him. Siman, the receptionist has her hand on the pulse of the entire residence.
