My father has been a resident of Riverbend for 9 years. The staff have been very attentive and try their utmost to attend to his needs in a timely manner. My father is recognized as an individual and they try to engage him in the activities that interest him. Siman, the receptionist has her hand on the pulse of the entire residence. The staff at Venvi are truly wonderful. They’re always supportive, compassionate, and—most importantly—genuinely funny! Anela, the office manager, is incredibly helpful and understanding. I have a family member currently in private memory care at Venvi Riverbend. We decided to pay for private care rather than get placed at a random site thinking that he would receive better care. I don't think this could be further from the truth. It seems they don't know how to deal with difficult situations and the way they handle them is to call EMS and EPS and have him sent to hospital.
