I have a family member currently in private memory care at Venvi Riverbend. We decided to pay for private care rather than get placed at a random site thinking that he would receive better care. I don't think this could be further from the truth. It seems they don't know how to deal with difficult situations and the way they handle them is to call EMS and EPS and have him sent to hospital. Friendly staff and nice service.
We moved my mom in mid May and it has been a positive experience all around. The staff are friendly and very attentive to all the residents needs. Any concerns that we have brought up have been addressed in a timely manner. Front reception is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for making the move for my mom as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend your facility to others.
